In accordance with the Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management for Construction Projects, the Announcement on the Issuance of the Provisional Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance upon Completion of Construction Projects (Guohuan Gui Huanping [2017] No. 4), and other relevant provisions, our company has independently conducted the environmental protection acceptance inspection for the completion of the 200,000‑ton‑per‑year titanium dioxide project of Zhengtai New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. We have also prepared the “Environmental Protection Acceptance Monitoring Report for the Completion of the 200,000‑ton‑per‑year Titanium Dioxide Project of Zhengtai New Materials,” which is hereby made public for a period of 20 working days, from June 30, 2025, to July 25, 2025.

We have also prepared the “Monitoring Report on the Environmental Protection Acceptance Inspection for the Completion of the 200,000‑ton‑per‑year Titanium Dioxide Project of Zhengtai New Materials.” The monitoring report is hereby made public for a period of 20 working days, from June 30, 2025, to July 25, 2025.
