Kuncai Technology’s wholly owned subsidiary, Zhengtai New Materials, has completed a project to produce 200,000 tons per year of titanium dioxide and iron oxide via an extraction‑based process. After more than two years of construction, the facility now boasts fully developed process capabilities and supporting infrastructure. Following multiple rounds of commissioning, all key performance indicators have met the requirements for commercial production, and the plant was officially put into operation recently.
To express our gratitude for the longstanding attention and support of our investors, the company plans to hold a formal commissioning ceremony at 10:00 a.m. on April 28, 2022, at the Zhengtai New Materials plant site, marking the official start of production of 200,000 tons per year of titanium dioxide and iron oxide. We cordially invite all investors to attend, join us in witnessing this historic moment for the titanium white industry, and share in this momentous occasion!
1. Eligibility for Registration: Shareholders registered as of April 13, 2022.
2. Registration Method: Individual shareholders shall submit their valid identification documents and a detailed record of their shareholdings as of April 13. Corporate shareholders shall designate an authorized representative to attend the ceremony; such representative must provide their own ID card, a letter of authorization from the legal representative, a copy of the corporate business license, and proof of shareholding as of April 13 to complete the registration process. Shareholders may submit the aforementioned documents by written email, which must be sent to the Company’s Securities Department at securities@fjkuncai.com no later than 5:30 p.m. on April 25, 2022. Please clearly indicate “Production Commencement Ceremony” in the subject line of the email.
3. The number of registrants will be capped at 200, with priority granted in descending order based on shareholding proportions.
4. Event Location: No. 1, Huaxing Branch Road, Jiangyin Industrial Zone, Fuqing City, Fujian Province.
5. Notes: Due to epidemic prevention and control policies, the number of on-site visitors is limited. The company will impose certain restrictions based on the shareholding ratios of registered participants. We kindly ask all investors for their understanding. Investors attending the production launch ceremony must present a negative nucleic acid test report issued within 48 hours and a green health code. Please closely monitor local epidemic prevention and control measures; any changes in the situation will be announced separately.
