On April 16, 2017, a grand appointment ceremony was held at Kuncai Technology’s headquarters, during which Arrie ten Caat was appointed Global Sales Director, Ronald Nau was appointed Global Cosmetics Sales Director, and Wilfried Dutt was appointed Advisor to the Global Coatings Center of Excellence. This marked another exciting milestone for Kuncai Technology following its IPO.

After 18 years of dedicated cultivation and meticulous development, Kuncai Technology has become the largest player in Asia and the second-largest globally in its industry. On April 14, the company successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s A‑share market, officially entering the capital markets. At the conference, Chairman and General Manager Xie Bingkun stated, “With the successful IPO, Kuncai Technology urgently needs to comprehensively upgrade its internationalization strategy, draw on internationally aligned business practices, and adopt a global management mindset. To support our global expansion strategy, building a truly global talent pool is a critical step. Today, we are welcoming three seasoned global directors with extensive industry experience—this marks a milestone in our journey toward globalization.”
Arrie ten Caat previously worked at Engelhard, where he was responsible for marketing and sales in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He is now employed by Kuncai Technology as Global Sales Director.
Ronald Nau previously worked at Merck, where he managed global sales to major multinational cosmetics clients, including L’Oréal, Unilever, Estée Lauder, and Shiseido. He is now employed by Kunchai Technology as the Global Director of Cosmetics Sales.
Wilfried Dutt previously worked at Axalta Coating Systems, where he was responsible for technical evaluations of automotive coatings suppliers, and is now employed by Kunchai Technology as a consultant at the Global Coatings Center of Excellence.
At the appointment ceremony, Arrie ten Caat, Ronald Nau, and Wilfried Dutt each expressed their gratitude to the Chairman of Kuncai Technology for entrusting them with important responsibilities, and delivered brief inaugural addresses. They pledged to fulfill their duties conscientiously, remain loyal to the company, live up to their mission, lead their teams, and ensure the successful completion of all corporate objectives.
