From June 18 to 22, the 21st China–Strait Innovation Project Fair was grandly held in Fuzhou. At this year’s China International Fair for Investment and Trade, Kuncai Technology was invited to showcase the dynamism of cutting-edge science and technology enterprises in the Innovation Achievements Pavilion—Fuzhou Exhibition Area, sharing its industry-leading technological breakthroughs. At Kuncai’s booth, in addition to exhibiting its globally market‑leading pearlescent pigment products, the world’s first titanium dioxide production line employing an extraction‑based chlorination process stood out as a major highlight. This technology has already obtained certification for its pioneering process and secured more than ten domestic and international invention patents, fundamentally reshaping the traditional technological pathways of the titanium dioxide industry, breaking through foreign technological blockades and monopolies on chlorination‑based titanium dioxide production, and earning high recognition from national ministries such as the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Currently, Kuncai operates state-of-the-art production lines for next-generation pearlescent materials, with an annual capacity of 1.5 million tons of titanium dioxide, 1.5 million tons of iron oxides, 30,000 tons of pearlescent pigments, and 10,000 tons of synthetic mica. Looking ahead, Kuncai Technology will continue to refine its sustainable industrial‑chain structure, fostering a robust ecosystem that nurtures the company’s high‑level innovation in the titanium dioxide sector, bolstering its core competitiveness, and supporting China’s transformation and upgrading in the titanium dioxide industry.
