On the morning of September 10, the Fuqing Ecological Environment Bureau convened a field meeting on ecological and environmental protection work for key enterprises in 2021 at Fujian Kuncai Material Technology Co., Ltd. More than 110 key enterprises and environmentally sensitive project enterprises in Fuqing City attended the meeting.

Tang Yingjun, Director of the Fuqing Bureau of Ecology and Environment, centered his remarks on the overarching theme of “ecological priority and green development,” sharing insights on the current environmental landscape, relevant environmental laws and regulations, environmental petition handling, corporate social responsibility, and government services. He emphasized the need to ground efforts in the new development paradigm, strive to transform environmental regulatory thinking, and proactively explore a model of “regulating through service and serving through regulation.” He also underscored the importance of strengthening communication with enterprises and earnestly listening to their concerns.

 

At the conference, Kunchai Technology also shared its experience and best practices in environmental management. By focusing on operational oversight, energy conservation and emissions reduction, and investment in advanced facilities and equipment, the company has achieved green, environmentally friendly, energy‑efficient, and cost‑effective operations. Kunchai Technology has built a wastewater treatment plant with a daily processing capacity of 5,000 tons, capable of handling up to 1.5 million tons annually. In addition, the company has implemented the nation’s most advanced “boiler operation automation control system,” enabling intelligent and automated boiler management and delivering significant energy‑saving results.
