Lin Baojin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial CPC Committee and Secretary of the Fuzhou Municipal CPC Committee, along with his delegation, paid a visit to Kuncai Technology for an inspection and research tour, accompanied by Liu Zhuoqun, Member of the Standing Committee of the Fuzhou Municipal CPC Committee and Secretary of the Fuqing Municipal CPC Committee, and Mayor Zhang Xinyi.

Mr. Xie Bingkun, Chairman of Kuncai Technology, together with the company’s senior executives, visited our company’s product showroom and production workshop. During the visit, Chairman Xie provided a detailed briefing on the company’s development progress and the Zhengtai project. The under-construction Zhengtai New Materials facility is slated to receive an investment of RMB 5 billion and will have an annual capacity of 500,000 tons of titanium dioxide chloride and 500,000 tons of iron oxide. Production is scheduled to commence officially in March this year, with two production lines expected to be commissioned by June, each capable of producing up to 100,000 tons annually. By December, all five production lines are planned to be completed and reach full design capacity. Following the briefing, Secretary Lin Baojin expressed strong approval and commendation, encouraging the company to firmly grasp, accelerate, and solidify its position as the world’s first to implement cutting-edge processes and technologies. He urged the company to leverage its technological and quality leadership to achieve industry‑leading status, spearheading low‑carbon, high‑quality, and sustainable development. As Kuncai Technology has already become the world’s largest producer of pearlescent pigments, Secretary Lin emphasized the importance of capitalizing on its brand effect, continuously investing to expand market share, and maximizing the marginal benefits of its technological edge. He also called on the government and relevant authorities to provide full support for Kuncai Technology’s strategic development.

Secretary Lin Baojin expressed keen interest in the company’s talent recruitment, R&D and technological upgrading investments, as well as its development plans for the 14th Five-Year Period. Upon learning that Kunchai Technology boasts over a hundred experts, including doctoral and master’s degree holders, he voiced great satisfaction and encouraged all employees to start businesses and build stable, prosperous lives in Fuzhou. Chairman Xie Bingkun, on behalf of all company staff, extended heartfelt gratitude to the Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government for their care and support, particularly to the Fuqing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government for their unwavering backing of the company’s growth.
