Aurora series pearlescent pigments are based on synthetic mica (synthetic fluorophlogopite). Synthetic mica is Kuncai’s core competitive advantage, and pearlescent pigments built on this substrate constitute its flagship product line. The substrate’s transparency and superior performance enhance the pigment’s base color and intensify color strength. The exceptional thinness of the synthetic mica flakes, combined with their rounded particle structure, ensures a remarkably smooth finish upon application. It has been demonstrated that these pearlescent pigments can also improve the tactile feel of end‑use products; as functional fillers in cosmetics, they deliver a silky texture and an exceptionally comfortable skin‑friendly sensation.

This product features a synthetic mica substrate with an exceptionally smooth and uniform surface, delivering outstanding optical performance. Compared to the CosPearl series, it offers purer, more vibrant, and more dazzling coloration, available in a rich palette that includes classic silver‑white, interference hues, golds, metallic shades, as well as highly saturated yellows, oranges, pinks, violets, blues, greens, blacks, and other bold colors—while also supporting custom fillers. The product boasts high transparency and excellent reflectivity, with full‑bodied, stable chroma (most Aurora‑series pearlescent pigments are based on pure white powders, ensuring superior color fidelity). Particle sizes span fine, medium, and coarse grades, allowing flexible adaptation to diverse makeup effects, and making it ideal for formulating cosmetics and personal care products—particularly those seeking intense color payoff and lustrous finishes.
