The TiOEX‑9 series products represent a new generation manufactured using cutting-edge process technologies. Traditionally, rutile‑type titanium dioxide produced via conventional methods exhibits high hardness, which can wear down spinnerets; consequently, the textile industry has long relied on anatase‑type titanium dioxide. In contrast, hydrochloric‑acid‑process titanium dioxide boasts significantly lower hardness than that produced by conventional methods, enabling it to replace anatase‑type titanium dioxide and marking a revolutionary advance for textile applications. It is suitable for a wide range of synthetic fiber products, including polyester, viscose, and acrylic, and offers excellent dispersibility, strong compatibility with fiber polymers, low abrasiveness, and effective prevention of filament breakage.
