On the afternoon of February 18, an exchange symposium between Panzhihua City and Fuqing City was held in Panzhihua. On February 9, a delegation of provincial leaders, including Comrade Yin Li, Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee, and Ms. Guo Ningning, Executive Vice Governor, visited Kuncai Technology’s exhibition hall and production workshop, accompanied by Lin Baojin, Secretary of the Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee, and Ye Renyou, Secretary of the Fuqing Municipal Party Committee. Kuncai Technology’s Chairman Xie Bingkun briefed the delegation on the company’s development. Secretary Yin Li expressed his full appreciation for the company’s commitment to innovation-driven growth and its pioneering achievement in developing the world’s first titanium dioxide production process based on extraction technology, expressing particular pride in this accomplishment. He encouraged the enterprise to focus on strategic development, extend its industrial chain, enhance its global core competitiveness, and leverage its technological edge to grow stronger and larger. He also urged the company to coordinate, at a higher level and with greater intensity, cooperation on the Panzhihua titanium concentrate project in Sichuan, capitalizing on the diverse resource endowments of different regions, fully harnessing each party’s strengths for mutually beneficial collaboration, and fostering both domestic and international dual circulation. In doing so, he emphasized the importance of providing solid support for stabilizing our province’s supply chains and extending its industrial value chains.

On the afternoon of February 7, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government convened a symposium with private-sector entrepreneurs in Fuzhou, extending New Year greetings to private business leaders across the province and jointly discussing effective strategies for further development. At the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Yin Li emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the development of the private sector, uphold the “two unwavering commitments,” carry forward and promote the “Jinjiang Experience,” create an even better environment for the private economy, and guide private enterprises to further unleash their vitality in innovation, entrepreneurship, and creation, thereby making greater contributions to building a new Fujian in the new stage of development. Governor Zhao Long presided over the meeting.

On December 29, the Fuzhou Entrepreneurs’ Conference was held. Lin Baojin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, attended and addressed the gathering. Mayor Wu Xiande presented an overview of Fuzhou’s economic and social development. Also in attendance were heads of relevant provincial departments, leaders from the city’s four leading bodies and the Fuzhou New Area, principal officials from municipal departments, counties (cities), districts, and the High-tech Zone, as well as representatives from financial institutions, universities, and research institutes based in Fuzhou.
The conference convened at the Straits International Convention and Exhibition Center as the main venue, with sub-venues set up across all counties (cities), districts, and the High-tech Zone via mobile cloud video conferencing. Approximately 1,400 participants attended, including representatives from central state-owned enterprises stationed in Fuzhou, provincial state-owned enterprises, and leading companies from Fuzhou’s primary, secondary, and tertiary industries—alongside growing enterprises and specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative “little giant” firms.
